PharMerica Data Breach Investigation

Did you receive a data breach letter from PharMerica? Almost 6 million patients may have been affected and may have received one.

On March 14, 2022, PharMerica, a pharmacy services company,  announced that it had experienced a data breach of private health and other information for almost six million customers. Specifically, it announced that private information such as a person’s name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, medications and health insurance information, may have been taken by a third party.  There is evidence that this information may have been leaked publicly through certain websites.  Affected individuals may be at serious risk.

TheGrantLawFirm, PLLC, is investigating potential claims against PharMerica and its parent company BrightSpring Health Services.
